At Aretusa Swimwear we believe in a sustainable way of living,
in balance with the mother earth.
Our goal is to create awareness for our planet, inspire women to connect
with the ocean and mother nature by wearing swimwear that will allow them to be comfy and stylish while swimming, surfing or playing at the beach.
SUSTAINABILITY
We are trying to be as sustainable as possible.
All products used in the process are made out of sustainable and eco-friendly materials to reduce our impact on the planet and support our Mother Earth.
Our swimwear are made from ECONYL, a fabric which converts ocean waste into durable and fashionable swimwear. Plus all the printed fabrics have eco-ink.
Some of our swimwear are reversible which gives you two options in the package of one.
Our bikini liners are made out of wood pulp, which makes them 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable.
Our mailers are made out of from 70-80% PBAT (a co-polymer that is completely compostable) and 20-30% PLA (which is a fancy way of saying cornstarch).
Our shipping labels are also 100% compostable.
With the purchase of every swimwear you will receive a recycled cotton pouch to store your garment. Less plastic means cleaner ocean.
Lastly all our swimwear are made ethically in Bali and with every swimwear that they make they donate proceeds to grassroots organisations that support the environment, women's access to education and those in need.
